Located in Logan Shire, Crestmead is proving increasingly popular with young families and with its pretty parklands and multiple primary schools it's not hard to see why. Still an affordable suburb to buy in, Crestmead offers a mix of newer and older style, mostly low-set homes in a well-established environment complete with a good selection of shops, a community centre and a pony club. At Crestmead Park you'll find bike and walking trails as well as a playground and picnic facilities.

Crestmead's popularity was further cemented in September 2006 with a new 57-lot estate selling in one month. Another new subdivision, Kensington Estate, is already established and is accessed off Wisdom Way. Crestmead is bordered by major roads and is within easy commuting distance of the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast by road, rail and bus. Nearby Logan City, however, offers significant employment opportunities with more than 7000 businesses.
